2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All bookings must be made through our Website, phone, email, or approved booking platforms.

  • Appointment times are estimates and may vary depending on the condition and size of the space.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service for safety, accessibility, or other reasonable concerns.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Operation Clean Sweep reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, or emergencies.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if the property condition differs from what was described.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept approved payment methods as listed on our Website or invoice.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to access the property, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Please secure pets during the cleaning appointment.

  • Inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, fragile items, or special instructions.

  • Remove clutter to allow effective cleaning unless decluttering services are specifically agreed upon.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns where appropriate. Refunds or re-cleans are offered at our discretion.

8. Damages & Liability

  • Operation Clean Sweep takes reasonable care while performing services.

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty or unstable items.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable expectations, or hazardous to our staff.

10. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse this Website or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
