At Operation Clean Sweep, we take pride in delivering high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds or service corrections may be provided.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a re-clean of the affected area at no additional charge.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

We are unable to complete the scheduled service due to reasons within our control

A significant portion of the agreed-upon service was not performed
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Operation Clean Sweep after reviewing the situation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after service completion

Services declined, reduced, or modified during the appointment

Pre-existing damage, stains, wear and tear, or permanent surface conditions

Areas that were inaccessible at the time of cleaning

Conditions that differ from the information provided at booking

Move-out or construction cleans where results are impacted by heavy buildup or ongoing work
4. Partial Refunds
If a partial refund is approved, it will reflect only the portion of the service that was not completed or did not meet agreed standards.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Refunds related to cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund

No-shows are non-refundable
6. Payment Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
7. Third-Party Booking Platforms
If services were booked through a third-party platform, refunds are subject to that platform’s policies in addition to this Refund Policy.
8. Policy Updates
Operation Clean Sweep reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
